Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Spend €50 or more in a single purchase to earn a 5% discount on your next visit.
2. The discount is valid for 14 days from the date it's earned, after which it expires automatically.
3. Discounts are not applied automatically. It is your responsibility to provide your phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase, so that the transaction can be linked to your account, and to request that any active reward be checked and applied.
4. If you forget to give your phone number at the time of purchase, that purchase will not be linked to your account, and Elif Mart cannot guarantee it can be corrected after the fact.
5. If you register using a paper form instead of the online form, your details are entered into our system by staff, which takes 2-3 business days on average. Until then, staff may not be able to confirm your registration or apply any reward you've earned.
6. You can hold only one active reward at a time. If you earn a new reward before using a previous one, the previous reward is forfeited and replaced by the new one.
7. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and cannot be combined with other item-level discounts, discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers.
8. If a qualifying purchase is refunded, the discount it earned is forfeited. If the reward had already been used on another purchase before the refund, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund.
9. Your account is linked to the phone number you provide and may only be used by you or members of your household. You are responsible for providing your correct phone number at checkout; Elif Mart is not responsible for a purchase linked to the wrong account due to a mistake on your part.
10. You are responsible for keeping your registered phone number confidential. Elif Mart is not liable for any unauthorized use of your loyalty account.
11. By signing up, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
12. Elif Mart reserves the right to request additional information to verify your identity where reasonably necessary.
13. Elif Mart may change or end this program with at least 7 days' notice (e.g. an in-store notice). Active, unexpired rewards remain valid until their original expiry date, but no later than 14 days after such notice.
14. Elif Mart is not obligated to notify you before a reward expires, and is not responsible for any reward that goes unused due to expiry. Tracking your active reward and its expiry date is your responsibility.
